VIG is a lovely way to capture special moments between you and your child.
Working with a VIG practitioner, the aim is to help build your confidence as a parent/carer, helping you manage stressful situations and most importantly help you enjoy the time you spend with your child.
With VIG practitioners filming short video clips of you together, doing normal everyday things, you’ll be able to review the clips and see the positive interactions you have. It will give you a clearer view of all the things you’re doing well and help you see situations clearer. Parents who participate in VIG are often nervous about taking part, but your VIG practitioner will help you feel relaxed ensuring you not only benefit from, but enjoy, the process.
